However, the state does not limit the recovery of value and makes it the property of the state and the registrar who has the authority to draw up the details of the weapon such as registration mark, transfer, notice of movement shall verify the correct registration of the weapon, verify the existence of weapons used in the commission of a crime or for other state purposes.
