A frozen headless body of a missing German real estate broker has been found.

The police have issued an arrest warrant for two German citizens suspected of involvement in the murder of a German real estate broker. His beheaded body was found in a freezer in a rented house in the Bang Lamung district of Chon Buri province early this morning (Tuesday).

Armed with a search warrant, police from Nong Prue and forensic experts inspected a rented house in the Poll Villa residential complex in Nong Prue early this morning, after the owners of a pickup truck reported that they had been hired by a German to deliver a freezer to the house. The police found a freezer, carefully sealed with black tape, in one of the bedrooms. Upon opening it, they discovered a plastic bag containing a decapitated human body, believed to belong to the missing 62-year-old Hans Peter Ralter Mak.

The police reported that the decapitated head had wounds indicating blunt force trauma. The remains were sent for forensic examination to confirm identification. In the rented house, the police also found a bloody electric chainsaw, two rolls of plastic wrap, and face masks.

Earlier, the police discovered the victim's Mercedes parked near a residential complex in Pattaya. There were traces of a chemical cleaner found on the upholstery of the car.

The caretaker of the rented house reported to the police that it was rented by a foreigner for a year at a rate of 9,000 baht per month. He said he didn't know if the house had been sublet to anyone else.

A couple who owns a black Mazda pickup went to the police yesterday to declare their innocence and tell the police that they were hired by a German real estate broker to deliver a freezer to a rented house. They claimed that there was also another German man in the back of the truck. Both told the police that they had no suspicion of anything unusual until they learned about the missing German real estate broker from the media.

A Thai man, the partner of a 62-year-old German real estate broker, filed a complaint with the Nong Prue police on July 5 after he left home the previous day to meet with a foreign real estate entrepreneur in Pattaya, allegedly to discuss a land deal on Koh Samui worth over 100 million baht, and has not been seen since. She also stated that her husband had always been very punctual and never left home for more than one day.

Two sons of a German, born from his previous marriage, also filed a complaint directly with Police Colonel Surachat Hakparn, the deputy national police chief, asking for his help in finding their missing father.
