Updated NB 990v6: stylish variation in Sepia/Orange shades

New Balance rounds out a significant year for its brand with the 990v6 boots in a seasonal Sepia/Orange colorway.

This latest model in the 990 family introduces a fresh take on the company's heritage. The upper of this shoe is undoubtedly rooted in the design principles of the 1982 New Balance 990, but the outsole is firmly in the modern era.

The FuelCell cushioning places the NB 990v6 alongside the brand's flagship running models (the newborn New Balance 991v2 also enjoys a similar update).

Although the design has been presented in the classic gray, black and blue palette, the shoe has also taken on more experimental options thanks to Teddy Santis by Aimé Leon Dore.

Pastel hues embraced the sneaker for spring and summer, paving the way for darker shades appropriate for fall and winter.

The latest NB 990v6 transformation from Santis is a fascinating combination of Sepia and Orange that share space on the premium model. "Black" contrast introduces fun thanks to the "N" profiles on the logos, lining and parts of the tried and tested sole unit.
