The "for sale" information came out on Aug. 4, just weeks before Trump was arrested in Georgia on 13 charges. According to The Daily Express, Trump did not actually sell the property, but simply transferred its ownership to an organization owned by his son Donald Trump Jr.

The address listed on Zillow's website, 1100 S Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, matches the location of Trump's residence.
