P3 Logistic Parks appoints Colliers Italia to commercialize site in Calvenzano Bergamo | Monitor | News

P3 Logistic Parks has entrusted Colliers Italia with the exclusive granting of commercialization rights for a facility under construction in Calvenzano (Bergamo province).

The project includes the construction of a 24,591 square meter logistics warehouse that can be divided into parts comprising 24,111 square meters of warehouse space, office space, 12 meter ceiling heights and 24 loading docks, as well as 74 parking spaces and 16 truck parking spaces.

The hub will be available from March 2024. The location is just 5 km from the A35 - Caravaggio (BREBEMI) highway exit. The site complies with international standards and is BREEAM Excellent certified. Provision is made for rooftop solar panels, electric vehicle charging stations and LED lighting.
