PALA SALE OF STANDS, PRICES ARE STILL RISING!
Real estate prices in Serbia continue to rise, and thus, the price per square meter of residential space in new buildings in Niš has increased by 200 euros in the third quarter of this year compared to the same quarter last year. On the other hand, according to the Republic Geodetic Institute, the demand for real estate is also decreasing, resulting in a 15 percent drop in the number of sales transactions in Niš compared to 2022. Journalist Kristina Krstić from Kurir TV conducted a study to find out whether the decrease in demand for real estate will affect price reductions.
Recently, real estate sales have been slightly lower than at the beginning of the year. Considering the rise in prices and interest rates, sales have slowed down, which has led to a slight decrease in property prices. Sales are only closing with a small price reduction due to this situation. Kristina Krstic from Kurir TV was interested in how prices have changed since the beginning of the year.
- Prices started to rise last year, so at the beginning of this year, they reached their peak for both new builds and the secondary market.

- Currently, in Niš, I think secondary housing is more interesting, considering that its prices are easier to adjust and people can move in right away. Otherwise, the prices for new builds are quite high right now, so the demand for them is lower.
