A Palazzo in the Italian Renaissance style in South Florida is up for sale for 60 million dollars.
Recently, an advertisement appeared for the sale of one of the most expensive and luxurious estates in Delray Beach, Florida - Mar Pietra, priced at $60 million.
The owner is billionaire Massimo Muza, the founder of several companies in the optics field. He was inspired by the architecture of Italian Renaissance palaces, as well as his travels around the world and the local architecture of South Florida. To bring his unique vision to life, he turned to renowned architect Randall Stofft and designer Martin Lawrence Bullard. The house, featuring nine bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, and seven luxurious guest or staff rooms, was completed in 2008 after five years of construction.
In Mar Pietra, materials from different corners of the world were used.
Including natural limestone from Yashchilya, marble from Italy, and cedar from Colombia.
