The head of UAE-based startup Behomes, Andrey Sviridenko, spoke about the benefits and risks of partnering in the real estate market in Dubai and the role of modern technology in this process.
The real estate market in the Mena region continues to grow. From 2021 to 2022, real estate values in Dubai have increased by 30 percent. In the first quarter of 2023 alone, more than 30,000 transactions were completed. Also, the value of real estate in Dubai continues to rise. Experts have given different predictions, ranging from 5 to 20 percent increase in value depending on the property.
