Property Transfer: 2 Stark County homes sold for more than $1.5 million.

In the latest real estate data from Stark County, two residential properties have sold for more than $1.5 million.A lakefront home on Smith Kramer Street NE sold for $1.62 million and a home on Selkirk Circle NW in Jackson County sold for $1.59 million.

The two-story lakefront home has 4,480 square feet and was built in 2016. According to the county, the home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and one toilet.

The Jackson neighborhood home is also a two-story, has 7,632 square feet and was built in 2013. The home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and three toilets.
