The first Lamborghini real estate project in Europe - 53 luxury villas inspired by Lamborghini supercars, on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean Sea on the southern coast of Spain
Lamborghini has announced its first luxury real estate project in Europe, to be developed with DarGlobal. This comes a few years after the Italian supercar maker got its start in real estate by launching luxury mansions in Dubai's hilly Emaar estate, which were bought up instantly.
Lamborghini wants to repeat its success with this new project. Called Tierra Viva, the hilly development will consist of 53 ultra-luxury two-story villas overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, located in the town of Bejanavis on Spain's southern coast. A short drive from Marbella, Lamborghini says the "strategic location offers residents easy access to various attractions including the beach, Puerto Banus, Marbella Golden Mile Club and Marbella Marina."
There will be three different types of villas to choose from; Diamante, Zafiro and Esmeralda, which will have 6, 5 and 4 bedrooms respectively. Each will have a slightly different design and offer superb amenities including "direct car access, panoramic pools, multiple terraces and thriving gardens".
Images provided by the company show a minimalistic and clean exterior design. DarGlobal noted that the villas will be carefully "positioned at different heights" to give all residents "panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea." As for the interior, the minimalist approach to design is maintained inside with the use of light colors. The villas will have floor-to-ceiling glass walls, as well as polished marble floors and the use of leather in upholstery.
"This is a strategic collaboration based on shared values of excellence, quality and innovation," said Stefan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini. "Dar Global's expertise in luxury real estate development combined with Lamborghini's design philosophy has resulted in this stunning achievement."
DarGlobal says the project is scheduled for completion in 2027. While there is no pricing information, the entire project is expected to be completed for about $310 million.
