A first look at Banyan Tree Residences on Manila Bay, Philippines
The Banyan Tree hotel brand, based in Singapore, was founded in 1994 with the opening of its first hotel in Thailand. Since then, it has become one of Asia's most popular luxury hotels with more than 70 resorts and hotels throughout Asia and Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Mexico.
The first Banyan Tree branch in the Philippines will open in 2026 with Banyan Tree Residences Manila Bay. Located in Metro Manila, the Philippines' largest metropolis, Banyan Tree Residences offers a five-star experience with its luxury resorts for homeowners looking for a permanent vacation.
There will be 188 residences housed in three glazed towers overlooking Manila Bay. The towers will be home to new stores, restaurants and entertainment''Institutions. An example of a kitchen and dining room in one of the residences.
This quality, for example, will play an important role in both the architecture and interior spaces, with artistry, textiles and architectural elements referencing this prominent tradition throughout the property. Images of the apartments feature large marble islands, open-plan living and dining rooms and wide terraces with ocean views.
The building will also reflect the country's diverse and lush natural landscape with multi-level terraces covered in greenery, numerous gardens, water''elements and living spaces that integrate the indoor and outdoor environments. A drop-off area for residents in the mixed-use development.
Residents will have access to 24-hour concierge service, restaurants, rooftop garden, infinity pools, fitness center and the Philippines' first Banyan Tree Spa and Gallery, the brand's signature spa and gallery. There's also a kids club, banquet hall and meeting room.
Owners will also receive unique access to the Banyan Tree Sanctuary Club, a membership program that allows exclusive benefits, discounts and priority access to Banyan Tree's global network of resorts, spas, golf courses and villas in Italy and France.
