Drivers on Serbian streets are finding it more and more difficult every day to find a place where they can leave their cars, so it is not surprising that parking spaces cost like "dry gold" for them. However, until recently, no one could believe that they were willing to pay such sums.

Based on the semi-annual report of the State Geodetic Institute, only 7,976 parking spaces were sold in the Republic of Serbia. Of these, 5,620 were parking spaces, 696 were garages and 1,660 were parking spaces in open spaces. The majority of garages were sold in the territory of the City of Belgrade - 49 percent.
