Jamie McCourt, former co-owner and CEO of the Los Angeles Dodgers and U.S. ambassador to France under Donald Trump, has sold her modern waterfront home in Jupiter, Florida, for $15.45 million.
This is a nice profit for Ms. McCourt, 69, who paid $7.95 million for this five-bedroom home in the summer of 2019.
Records show she owned the home through a trust for which she is the guardian.
The profit is exactly in line with the South Florida luxury real estate market, which has been living the white fever since the pandemic, and in particular in Jupiter, typical prices for''any of the parties involved in the transaction.
