Fire at a chemical tank in Thailand: 1 dead, 4 injured.

A terrible fire broke out in the Eastern Industrial Park of Thailand: a chemical tank ignited, resulting in one death and injuries to four others. The fire at the Mab Ta Phut Industrial Estate started in the morning and was contained after six hours. Rescuers estimated that it could take more than 10 hours to fully extinguish it.
About 400 workers and residents were evacuated to a temporary shelter.
Videos and photos from the scene show a huge cloud of black smoke and a blazing fire engulfing a white tank that was standing next to others. The company stated that it is investigating the causes of the fire and will take measures to prevent it in the future, as well as expressing condolences and a willingness to provide compensation to those affected.
This is not the first incident involving the company: in 2021, it had to temporarily suspend operations after an explosion and fire at one of its tanks, resulting in the deaths of three people and serious injuries to two others.
