Ultima Capital SA has announced proposed changes to its board of directors, which will be presented at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. It is proposed to elect three new members to the board, including the new CEO Petar Krstic, who is also nominated for the position of chairman. The event will take place on May 21, 2024, in Zug.

Two out of four current members of the board of directors announced their resignation after a meeting. It is proposed to elect Petar Krstik, Laszlo Guta, and Gergely Nemeth to the board of directors.

Petar Krstik was appointed as the company's CEO in December 2023.

In addition, it is proposed to increase the conditional share capital of Ultima for financing and other purposes. An invitation to the extraordinary general meeting will be sent to all shareholders registered in the company's registry.

Petar Krstika has extensive experience in hotel management, Laszlo Gut is the Chief Financial Officer at Optima Investments, and Gergely Nemeth works in the restaurant business. Ultima Capital SA manages a real estate portfolio in 11 locations, including France and Switzerland.

Overall, the proposed board changes and share capital increase will enable Ultima Capital SA to strengthen its market position and expand its business.
