Emlak Katılım's profit for the first half of the year reached 3.01 billion Turkish Liras

Bank Emlak Katılım announced its financial results for the first six months, according to an announcement that provided information on the bank's net profit of 3.01 billion Turkish Liras ($351.2 million) for the first half of 2023, continuing to grow, achieving its targets and offering unique products.

The bank's assets totaled 128.4 billion Turkish Liras ($15 billion) for the first half of 2023, marking a 28% year-on-year increase and 115.6% year-on-year growth.

By the end of June this year, cash financing amounted to 52.6 billion Turkish liras ($6.15 billion), which means an increase of 18.9 percent compared to the end of last year, while non-cash''financing rose 35% to 14.1 billion Turkish liras ($1.65 billion).

The bank thus contributed 66.8 billion Turkish liras ($7.8 billion) to the country's economy.

The final funds collected by the bank in the first half of the year amounted to 99.9 billion Turkish Liras ($11.7 billion), which means an increase of 20.7 billion Turkish Liras ($2.42 billion) compared to the end of last year.

The number of the bank's employees reached 1,386 in the second quarter and the number of branches increased to 97.
