Le Fichier AMEPI app on mobile devices - Journal de l'\'Agence.

After the Affiliated AMERI has over the past three years restructured its various services, the information team has moved to create a mobile application: the ALFATeams. This new tool is designed for its 18,000 users and 3,800 joined agencies and aims to facilitate the exchange of information on the go. " Our goal was to give our external website an additional platform with a different perspective. However, we didn't want it to be just a copy of the business application. Therefore, we decided not to emphasize the mandate, but to focus on the community, " explains Cedric Laveau, President of the AMERI Affiliate.
The app makes it easier to share information. The mobile app will allow participants''perform several tasks on-site. These include the ability to create 'teaser' videos of new properties and share them, complete with comments, with colleagues. When an object is entered into the database, agents will also be able to invite members of the association for a private viewing. Participants' schedules will be synchronized. In addition, if colleagues like one of the offered properties, they will be able to leave a viewing request and receive the keys to the home via QR code. "One of the main functions of our app is to geolocate sold properties near the client, which will help to simplify the conclusion of mandates," says Cedric Laveau. Through ALFATeams, participants will also be able to mark the location of the property, compile a viewing report, connect with professionals in their field...
C 1''January we welcome one new member every day, which will allow us to exceed the 4,000 target by the end of 2023. An associate community thanks to its participants The launch of this mobile app reflects the ambitious goals that Cédric Laveau set for himself when he became president in May 2021: to popularize Filal through its participants. These members (25 people) are now the key figures of the association's new communication. Their faces today represent the AMERI Branch at the national level. During the Annual General Assembly, which took place on June 20 and 21, the association also presented two new tools that are directly linked to this goal: a new participant kit aimed at harmonizing integration in ALFA, as well as''president's kit.

After cleaning up its database and removing 300 members who did not follow the rules of operation or were behind in paying their dues, the association is now embarking on a new phase of development. " The AMERI Branch now has over 3,800 members. Since January 1, we have welcomed one new member every day, which will allow us to surpass 4,000 by the end of 2023," rejoices Cédric Laveau. At a time when professionals are facing difficult times due to the action of the Competitive Power, which last June''высказала свое мнение о конкурентной ситуации на рынке недвижимости, " Филял АМЕРИ имеет что предложить. Благодаря своей миссии сохранять интересы профессии, сфокусировав предложение профессионального посредничества." "В государстве, построенном на правах, необходим хороший адвокат. The chance Agents immobiliers are lucky to be surrounded by three powerful unions," he reminds us. Real estate agents mobilize! Once again this year, FNAIM de Moselle and Fichier AMEPI brought together over 1,200 real estate professionals in Metz for its Assises de l'Immobilier. "The only event in France to bring together all the heads of real estate networks," explains Cédric Lavaud. The theme of this 5th edition was reassurance. "Our profession has shown that it knows how to mobilize and unite against all odds, at a time when the risk of deregulation raised by the French Competition Authority is a sword of Damocles, and artificial intelligence is calling into question its practices and its relationship with territorial proximity", he explains. To boostTo help real estate professionals who are going through relatively dark times, Fichier AMEPI invited France's top performers (CENTURY 21, Citya, Guy Hoquet...) to share their secrets of success. "Cédric Lavaud concludes: "It's enough to give them energy until Christmas! The RENT trade show, to be held in Paris on November 8 and 9, 2023, will be yet another opportunity for real estate players to discover the sector's innovations!
