Prince Harry was notified of his eviction from Frogmore Cottage in January of this year, on the same day that the book "Spare" was released. We hadn't heard about the eviction for months, until this news conveniently leaked out before the coronation. That's when this news was packaged together with the story that King Charles also evicted Prince Andrew from the Royal Lodge and told him he must move to Frogmore Cottage. Andrew refused all of this, and Andrew won - he will stay in the Royal Lodge indefinitely.

This raised many questions about Frogmore Cottage: whether it should remain empty for months or if someone from other members of the royal family has quietly and unnoticed used it. Now, the Express newspaper claims that Andrew received the keys to Frogmore Cottage several months ago and actually passed them on to his daughters - Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie. According to the source, Andrew was told that if he or his daughters do not live there permanently, the house will be at risk of being rented out. If this happens, the Royal Estate could earn around £360,000 per year.

The four-bedroom house previously occupied by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle before they were served with an eviction notice earlier this year.

A source said, "The estate management does not want to leave the house empty and is seeking to find a tenant. Royal residences within the security zone have been rented out to individuals not associated with the family. Close friends of the family will be offered the house to rent if a permanent tenant cannot be found."

"Sources close to the York family say that Prince Andrew is 'concerned' about this decision because both of his daughters use this house. The source continued, 'The keys to Frogmore were handed over to Andrew earlier this year so he could move out of the Royal Lodge. He hasn't moved and has no plans to. However, he has allowed his daughters to use the property when they visit Windsor.'"

Although, according to the source, both Beatrice and Eugenie adore this house, neither of them considered the "expensive rent" as well as other expenses associated with this house. The source added:
