Acquisition of industrial property in Kherling

NOTE is acquiring industrial real estate in Gerlingen.
In the summer of 2022, NOTE acquired its fourth electronics manufacturing plant in Sweden - NOTE Herrljunga. Since then, operations in Herrljunga have been developing very positively, with growth and profit development clearly exceeding initial plans.
The turnover last year was 249 million crowns with an operating margin of over 10%.
NOTE has now acquired a previously leased industrial space of approximately 6,400 square meters, where business operations are ongoing. The deal also includes a land plot of about 25,000 square meters. The property is specialized for electronics manufacturing and offers excellent opportunities for further production expansion. NOTE has acquired all shares in the real estate company.
Based on the property valuation of approximately 24 million crowns (about 3,800 crowns/sq.m), before deducting deferred tax, the purchase price for all shares in the real estate company amounts to 15 million crowns. The payment was made in cash.
“We see great opportunities for expanding production in Sweden. It’s positive that, together with our strong customer base, we can grow the business and meet our manufacturing capacity needs while simultaneously reducing current real estate costs,” says Johannes Lind-Widestam, CEO and President.
