The owner of a house in Indonesia has put her home up for sale, along with herself.

A two-bedroom house with two bathrooms in Sleman - a quiet area near the city of Yogyakarta on Java - is up for sale along with a fish pond, a spacious backyard, and the opportunity to propose to the 40-year-old owner, Wina Lia. The price is approximately $76,500. The advertisement states that "buyers who do not negotiate the price may ask the owner to marry them (conditions apply)."

The internet ad for Vina went viral.

After that, local news outlets began to track it and confirmed that the offer is indeed real. Dian Purna Dirgantara, the realtor who created this plan, told TIME that his advertisement is working.

She told the news agency Kompas.com that the idea came to her when she expressed a desire to find a partner again. "Dian suggested that I use the slogan 'Buy a house and marry the owner at the same time.' And I said 'yes' to that. After all, I'm still looking for a husband," she said.
