The Serbian Ministry of Economy today announced a call for the sale of 100% of the state share of Hotel Slavija in Belgrade by public auction at an initial price equal to the estimated capital value of 24.9 million euros.

The Slavija Hotel in Belgrade is for sale: Here is the starting price

Interested parties can apply for participation in the process until November 24, and the opening of bids will take place on November 28, according to the website of the Ministry of Economy.

The sale documentation for the Slavia Hotel will be available from October 4, and the fee for its acquisition is 150,000 dinars.

The approved buyer will have to pay the sale price at once.

Domestic and foreign legal or natural persons have the right to participate.
