On one of the Facebook groups for the sale of real estate in Serbia, a certain Ignjat posted an ad for his summer house overlooking three mountain peaks, along with a 20-ar plot and 30 planted and mature walnut trees for only 7,000 euros. To make the offer even more interesting, the owner of this property emphasized that he is ready to exchange it for a car worth up to 5,000 euros, with an additional payment of the difference in price in euros.
