Official data show that the most expensive parking lot in Belgrade has reached prices as high as 58,000 euros. Jelena Davidovic, head of the sales department of the advertising portal nekretnine.rs, says that in the central zones of Belgrade garages are necessary for living, so there is a great demand for them.
