"Is anyone selling an apartment on an installment plan? "

The question posed by this Panchevets in a popular real estate rental and sales group. He estimated that the installment would be 1,000 euros with a formal contract whereby the property would be transferred once the last installment is paid.

His idea, however, has attracted many comments, among them those who said it would not work without a bank, meaning no big debts. There were also those who wondered how he could have come up with "such a stupid idea", while one wrote "They'll even start''to demand money for living in this apartment'.

Among the few who supported him were comments like "The man just wants to find a way to buy property" and that the proposal is serious.

It should be remembered that a Serbian citizen has to work for 13 years in order to be able to buy an apartment with an average salary of 70 square meters, and this is on the condition that he exclusively accumulates this salary for the apartment.

In addition, the real estate market in Serbia is currently completely unpredictable, experts say.

In major cities, the prices for square meters in old buildings are higher than in new buildings, and the volume of transactions has decreased by about 10 percent.

It is estimated that this trend may continue in the next period due to''s upcoming elections, and the decline in building permits will not begin until next year.

Despite inflationary pressures and the unstable global economic situation, data shows that the most expensive apartments are the first to be sold. The highest prices per square meter were achieved in Belgrade, where the most expensive square meter was sold at 11,475 euros. The most expensive house was sold on Savski venac for 4,802,000 euros, and the most expensive parking space was sold for 58,400 euros, within the same neighborhood.
