The sale of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's luxurious estate in Georgia for $6 million.
Don't be late for this sale! Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann have officially put their house up for sale due to a messy divorce and financial issues.
According to TMZ, a former cast member of the reality show "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" and a former NFL player have listed their luxurious stone and brick villa in a gated community in the suburb of Milton, 30 miles north of Atlanta, for $6 million.
Originally, the house was listed for sale at 3.2 million dollars at the beginning of this month, but the couple bought it for just 880,000 dollars in 2012, about a year after their wedding.
According to TMZ, the house was set to go to auction next month, so Kim and Kroy decided to try to sell it in advance. The publication also reported that Kroy Biermann had previously filed documents asking the court to allow the sale of the house to settle various debts of the couple.
Built in 2008, this two-story house sits on nearly 2 acres of fenced land with views of the lake and the 18th hole of the Manor Golf Club. It features seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, with approximately 9,000 square feet of living space across two floors adorned with high ceilings, designer chandeliers, and many other details. There is also a covered entrance and a six-car garage with the option to install lifts for storing up to eight vehicles, as well as a separate area above the garage with two lounges and a bathroom.
Additionally, on the main level, there is a two-story foyer with a curved staircase surrounded by intricate wrought-iron railings, as well as a wooden study with a coffered ceiling and a fireplace, flanked by built-in shelves on both sides. The family room connects to the kitchen, which is equipped with custom cabinetry, a breakfast island, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and a round dining nook.
Among other features are a recreational area with a bar, formal living and dining rooms, as well as a master bedroom with a fireplace, a sitting area, a two-story wardrobe, and a luxurious bathroom with a double sink and a deep soaking tub.
Finally, the new owners will be able to enjoy privileged access to the "Manor" club, which offers various dining options, an 18-hole golf course designed by Tom Watson, as well as a swimming pool and tennis courts.
During her participation in the reality show RHOA from 2008 to 2012, 45-year-old Zolciak reportedly earned around 2 million dollars per season, making her one of the highest-paid cast members among Bravo's housewives. She also appeared in another reality show "Don't Be Tardy" (formerly "Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding") and was a contestant in the 21st season of "Dancing with the Stars."
As for Birman, he was offered a spot with the Atlanta Falcons in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL Draft, and he played as an outside linebacker for the team from 2009 to 2015.
