The villa is located in one of the richest municipalities in Switzerland and the world, in Collina.

The journalist from "Dosie" found out that there is only one villa in the municipality, owned by the daughter of Sheremetyev and Sheremetyeva. The villa is located on Rampe de Cologny, near the house where Putin's friend Gennady Timchenko used to live.

A journalist from "Dosie" attempted to purchase a house under the status of a bank employee, but the realtor was unable to provide details about the property, including whether the villa is connected to Alina Kabaeva. This question remained unanswered, and later the realtor announced that the property had been taken off the market. According to the journalist's official inquiry, the sale listing was also canceled.
