Promoting economic diplomacy for peaceful settlement: the Abraham-educated business circle in Dubai.
Abrahamic Business Circle is an exclusive business club made up of entrepreneurs and business people from the private sector. The aim of the club is to emulate the Abrahamic Accords and implement them in the business sector. The club was founded after the signing of the Abraham Accords in September 2020. It has more than 300 members from 57 countries, including international missions, advisory bodies and brand ambassadorships.
The Abraham Business Club targets entrepreneurs and business people in industries such as venture capital, investment funds, biotechnology, financial technology, technology, real estate and others. The club seeks to emulate agreements and embed them in the business sector to promote networking, economic growth, entrepreneurship and international change.
Each quarter, the club holds meetings and events to strengthen ties, foster economic growth, promote entrepreneurship and support global change. Last week, the group held its quarterly meeting in Dubai, which was attended by entrepreneurs and businessmen from various countries, including Israel and Arab states.
The head of Abrahamic Business Circle, Veronica Cabrera, describes their initiative simply as a platform where peers can meet four times a year to network, do business, present projects and find investors. However, there is a unique story behind the initiative. It was founded by its partner Raphael Nagel, who has always tried to connect people. When the agreements were signed, Nagel started receiving many calls from Jewish businessmen who wanted to do business in the Gulf. Nagel always had good relations with governments, and he always believed that the private sector could have a positive impact on the world and promote peace.
