About the
programNeurodiverse people, such as those on the autism spectrum, those with dyslexia or ADHD, often have extraordinary visual thinking, accuracy and attention to detail. These skills are invaluable in the information technology field, especially in the areas of cybersecurity or data analytics. Established in 2014, the DXC Dandelion program is designed to support and expand the skills of neurodiverse individuals to help them secure long-term and satisfying careers in information technology.
