PT AKR Corporindo Tbk: net sales income for the 3rd quarter of 2024 amounted to 595 billion, with revenues from industrial zones at 387 billion.

The corporation PT AKR Corporindo Tbk., a leader in logistics and the supply chain of oil and basic chemicals in Indonesia, as well as the developer of the JIIPE economic zone, has reported its financial performance for the first quarter of 2024. Over the three months, the company earned a net profit of 595 billion Indonesian rupiah, and the profit from the industrial site amounted to 387 billion rupiah. Sales revenue for the three months was 9.811 billion rupiah, which is lower than last year's figures due to a decrease in average selling prices and activity in the mining segment caused by adverse weather conditions and other circumstances.

EBITDA for this period reached 832 billion rupees. Strong financial performance led to a ROE of 19% and a ROA of 10%.

CEO Haryanto Adikoesoemo noted that the company continues its steady profit growth and plans to increase market share in 2024, given the growing demand for oil and chemicals. JIIPE KEK intends to increase profits from land and utilities sales as well as infrastructure revenue for the large plants expected in 2024.
