Rakocevic and her apartment - discussed in Serbia: real estate, sales, luxury in Belgrade

The wealth Tristana sold to fund collections and shows, and here's one of them.
Verica Rakocevic enjoyed a luxury apartment in the center of Belgrade before moving to Mount Avala with her husband Veljko Kuzmančević. She sold the large apartment a few years ago for what was said to be 300,000 euros and moved with her husband Veljko Kuzmančević into nature, away from the hustle and bustle. When asked if her former life, actually a luxury, bored her, Verica used to say. Depression was cured by work. Photo: Damir Dervišagić
First of all, you have to define luxury. For some people it is a Louis Vuitton bag, a Chanel suit, diamonds, limousines, expensive hotels. Unfortunately, for most of my life, I myself have believed that all of these things are real''luxury. Then I came to the conclusion that it can only be synonymous with absolute happiness, which no expensive jewelry, prestigious clothing brands, airplanes or luxury cars can replace. However, although it seems simple, such luxury comes in the most difficult way. You need to have the disposition to understand and accept it. Today, walking past the former apartment gives me goosebumps. In the yard next to us you can see goats grazing peacefully. We recently saw a hedgehog.

Depression was cured by work, and by love and going into nature it cured - life. - A friend recently said to me, "I know you from a period when you were swimming in money, but I've never seen such a smile on your face." That says it all. Money is no guarantee of happiness, no millions and trillions. A good friend of mine who lives in Los Angeles often remarks how happy she is with my newly discovered life because she has the wives of the richest people in the world living next to her, who have everything but happiness. Recall, fashion designer Verica Rakocevic revealed what she faces in her work and admitted that she sold three apartments to finance collections and shows. - I earned my three apartments by myself, which I sold to invest in''business. These are three really big apartments. At this distance, if you ask me if I'd do it again, I wouldn't. I just wouldn't. It only brought me, when I had the hardest time, to remember how good I was at the time,' Verica said at the beginning.
