Divorcing Kim Zolciak and Kroy Bierman are putting their $6 million dollar luxury Georgia estate up for sale.

Don't be late to this sale! Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann have officially put their family home up for sale during their murky divorce and financial difficulties.

As first reported by TMZ, former contestants on the TV show "Our Housewives of Atlanta" and a former NFL player have put their luxury stone and brick villa for sale in the gated community of suburban Milton, which is about 30 miles north of Atlanta. The home is valued at exactly $6 million dollars.

Earlier this month, the property was listed for $3.2 million, but the former couple purchased the property for just $880,000 in 2012, about a year after they married.

According to TMZ, the house has been threatened to go into debt next month, so Kim and Kroy are trying to get ahead of the auction by attempting to sell it themselves.

The publication also notes that Kroy Biermann previously filed paperwork requesting permission to sell the house to pay off the couple's various debts.

The home, built in 2008, has two floors and sits on nearly 2 acres of conservation land overlooking the lake and 18 yards of The Manor Golf Club. Inside, the home has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, totaling approximately 9,000 square feet on two levels with high ceilings, designer chandeliers and other luxury features.

There is also a covered driveway and a six-car garage with elevator access to store up to eight cars, as well as a separate area on the top floor of the garage with two salon stations and a bathroom.

In addition to a two-story lobby with a curved staircase, the main building also features a paneled study with a cassette-beamed ceiling and fireplace with custom built-ins, and a living room adjacent to the kitchen with expensive cabinetry, a breakfast island, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and a breakfast round.

The home also features an entertainment area with bar, formal living and dining rooms, and a master bedroom with fireplace, sitting area, two-story walk-in closet, and luxurious bathroom with dual sinks and soaking tub.

Four more en-suite bedrooms, a bonus room on the grounds, a game room and a circular recreation room are on the second floor; and the terraced level offers a relaxing family room as well as a movie theater, a 500-bottle wine cellar and a gym, as well as billiards, arcade games and a massage room.

There is also a guest room on the same floor with its own kitchen and living room; and outside there is a covered veranda overlooking the infinity pool and spa, sports playground and plunge trampoline.

Finally, new owners will also enjoy gated access for members of The Manor Club, which offers a variety of dining options, an 18-hole Tom Watson Golf Course, and swimming and tennis facilities.

During her time on RHOA from 2008 to 2012, 45-year-old Zolciak reportedly earned around 2 million dollars per season, making her one of the highest-paid participants on the Bravo network. She also appeared on another reality show "Don't Be Tardy" (formerly "Don't Be Late for the Wedding") and was a contestant on the 21st season of "Dancing with the Stars."

As for Birman, he was selected in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL Draft, and he played as an outside linebacker for the Atlanta Falcons from 2009 to 2015.

The realtor for the sale is Jenny Doyle from Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International.
