Renewal of the hotel business and investment in the financial sector

The hotel industry's recovery is strengthening

The hotel industry continues its recovery that began in April 2022. The average occupancy rate of 77% for the period is higher than in 2019 (74%) and the first half of 2022 (65%). The average price has increased by 15% compared to the first half of 2022.

Removal work has been carried out at several sites and research for future projects continues during the half year.
