Methodology

For this study, the idealist analyzed the absolute average price of apartments and houses on the same street. To eliminate data distortion, only streets with at least 10 listings were considered, and duplicate properties were excluded. This study shows only the average price on the street, and it does not mean that this is the most expensive property in each market.
