Luxury mansions of rare beauty are up for auction in northern Italy.
Both properties are being sold by the owner, who has decided to skip the traditional sales route.
Until July 19, the villas can be viewed every day, and participants in the auction must register to take part by that date.
One of the owners, an experienced investor with a technical background, considers efficiency and speed to be important, and the luxury auction process® perfectly meets these criteria, explains founder and president of Platinum Trayor Lesnock.
Both villas, Villa Romanelli and Villa Gavazzini, will be auctioned without a reserve price, meaning they will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of the bid amount. By removing the initial price condition from the sales process, the auction allows for greater market efficiency and eliminates the excessive time and financial costs usually associated with finding a buyer, he adds. The sale of Villa Romanelli will take place on July 21 inMilan, and the auction for Villa Gavazzini will occur on the same day.
Villa Romanelli
Located in Lessona, a picturesque town in Piedmont at the foot of the Alps and surrounded by beautiful mountains and valleys. The villa is a 50-minute drive west fromMilan, one of the most vibrant and cosmopolitan cities in Italy. Villa Romanelli offers over 900 square meters of space, with 8 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, and 1 service bathroom. It is set on a 5000 square meter plot with well-maintained landscaping and is enclosed by a fence with gates.
Villa Gavazzini
Located about 90 minutes southeast of downtownMilan, in the province of Piacenza. In the early 15th century, this building served as the main defensive tower for the nearby Gropparello Castle and belonged to several important families in the 16th century. The Gavazzini Villa, now transformed into a modern estate, offers a total area of 800 sq.m, with 9 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms, and 1 service bathroom. The number of beds and bathrooms makes the villa an ideal choice for large families, luxury rentals, or as a venue for high-end events. The villa also boasts a beautiful view of the Italian countryside from its large terrace.
Realtors are also urging their buyers to participate in the auction, and if they represent the highest bidder, they will be entitled to a commission. For more information, contact Walter Cherini at 800.68.43.56.
