Luxury mansions of rare beauty are up for auction in northern Italy.

At the end of July, Platinum Luxury Auctions from Miami will hold an auction for two luxury villas in Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna.

Both properties are being sold by the owner, who has decided to skip the traditional sales route.

Until July 19, the villas can be viewed every day, and participants in the auction must register to take part by that date.

Both villas, Villa Romanelli and Villa Gavazzini, will be auctioned without a reserve price, meaning they will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of the bid amount. By removing the initial price condition from the sales process, the auction allows for greater market efficiency and eliminates the excessive time and financial costs usually associated with finding a buyer, he adds. The sale of Villa Romanelli will take place on July 21 inMilan, and the auction for Villa Gavazzini will occur on the same day.

Villa Romanelli

Located in Lessona, a picturesque town in Piedmont at the foot of the Alps and surrounded by beautiful mountains and valleys.
