Luxury Spanish house for sale for 55 million euros on the Costa del Sol
The most expensive house for sale in Spain is in a luxury residential complex in Marbella and costs an unthinkable 55 million euros. According to the real estate portal Idealista, this 4,000 square meter property is located on a 9,000 square meter beachfront plot. The home features two floors, 12 bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, a private fitness room and a heated indoor pool. The Costa del Sol villa also has an outdoor pool, lush gardens with fountains and even a separate apartment for guests, noted an advertisement by the real estateagency listing the property. The villa boasts stunning sea views and is decorated in a classic style with stone mosaics on the exterior floors and all the luxury of exquisite and probably expensive details, not suitable for all budgets.
The second most expensive home in the country is also in Marbella on the Costa del Sol - priced at a staggering €35 million.

The Enso Villa, a 16-bedroom, 18-bathroom contemporary home with spa area, pools and gym, is the third most expensive, selling for 34 million euros. It is located in one of the most exclusive villages in Europe, La Zagaleta, in the Benahavis municipality of Málaga.
The two properties, worth 29.5 million euros, come fourth in the ranking. One is a three-story, nine-bedroom, 13-bathroom house in the Sierra Blanca area, also in Marbella, and the other is a nine-bedroom country house in Mallorca.
The fifth most expensive house in Spain is a villa of about 2,500 square meters, with three floors, six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, built on a plot of 4,500 square meters in the Sierra Blanca area of Marbella - the starting price is 29 million euros.
