Apartment price growth in Serbia reached 10 in October Alarming trend: average rents exceed 500 euros.

In October, rents in Belgrade increased the most in Novi Beograd, by almost 11 percent, and cost 17.3 euros per square meter. In the central part of the city, on Palilula and Vojdovac, there were increases of about 6.13 to 6.67 percent, respectively, in the price range of 8.5 to 17.3 euros per square meter. Based on this, for example, for a 50 square meter apartment, rents in Palilule in October averaged around 640 euros, while in Mirijevo rents were around 425 euros.

In Vračar according to this report, properties were rented in October at an average price of 785 euros. Vojdovac -''the only neighborhood that showed a decrease in rents, by about 5.17 percent. Consequently, renting an apartment in Voždovce cost about 550 euros.

According to the portal Nekretnine.rs, rents in Pančevo were highest in the 'red zone'.
