Recently, there has been a lot of talk about how Russians are massively searching for real estate in Serbia, both for purchase and for rent, although the main focus has been on renting apartments. For many of our citizens, the situation has become critical as their landlords suddenly notified them of rent increases because "Russians are offering more money." Moreover, while people from Serbia are fighting for every square meter of land or hunting for available properties—practically everywhere—many Russian tenants are "demanding" certain conditions. At first, they want fast internet, a good location, and a comfortable apartment. But lately, we are seeing another new trend: they want houses, villas, and apparently, they are willing to pay for them.

Real estate advertising in Russian.
In addition, active advertising of real estate in Russian has already begun on Serbian websites and social media pages. For example, on the page "Eco Population Shumadijski Kutak," there is an advertisement for what is described as a "luxurious villa located 70 km from the capital." This refers to the village of Ranilović, near Aranđelovac, and one of the advantages mentioned is its proximity to Mount Kosmaj.
