Real Estate Market 2023: Top 10 most overpriced homes in the U.S. - 5 of them are in Florida.

Although the real estate market is finally cooling off, there are some areas across the U.S. where the market remains hot and buyers are still paying much more than a property is actually worth.

Researchers from Florida Atlantic University identified the most overpriced homes in the country by comparing the average expected market value of homes based on historical trends to the average sales prices in the 100 largest metro areas and found the cities with the largest percentage discrepancy between the two values.

There's a list of the 10 most overvalued housing markets in the U.S., ranked from least to most overvalued.
