Report of the State Geodetic Institute (RGZ)
he real estate market for this period indicates the stabilization of the real estate market in Serbia after two years of very dynamic growth, which started after the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic. RGZ notes that inflationary pressures in Serbia and the European Union (EU) are easing, which is also reflected in the real estate market in Serbia. They also point out that the share of the partially regulated market, i.e. real estate transactions that are not registered in the cadastre, continues to grow and accounts for 34 percent of total transactions. In addition to stabilization and reduced activity on the real estate market in Serbia, a moderate increase in apartment prices was recorded in the second quarter of 2023, the State Geodetic Institute reported.
