The prices for real estate in Serbia when selling apartments and garages depend on several factors, and buyers rarely ask about the price. Acquiring property, whether it's a new building or an old one, especially in Belgrade, comes with high prices.

The most expensive garage will be located in a building that is yet to be constructed on the site of the old GSP tram depot on King Alexander Boulevard. A garage for sale in Belgrade in this yet-to-be-built building in the very center of the city is being sold for an astonishing 50,000 euros. The price per square meter of real estate in this building will be at least 4,500 euros.

Real estate agents are not surprised by the high prices for garages and note that people today are willing to pay huge sums of money just to have a place to leave their car. Real estate expert Kacha Lazarevich explains that buying property does not mean losing money; on the contrary, it brings profit. Prices will continue to rise, and the most expensive apartment has already reached a price of 10,000 euros per square meter. Many investors today offer a two-year quality guarantee on their work.

Other luxury buildings are also being erected, such as the tower in Vesta. Construction is underway for a building near the former Chinese embassy, where the price per square meter will reach 10,000 euros. The most expensive units sell out quickly. Luxury apartments in good areas cost three times more than standard prices in the capital, but generally, the most expensive ones find their buyers right away.
  • According to specialists, the primary factors that buyers of such apartments consider are the location near schools for children, the availability of parking, as well as the presence of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Future owners also place great importance on the quality of the building and the layout of the rooms in the apartment. They are looking for apartments in buildings with a small number of floors, equipped with modern quality amenities, beautiful terraces, and one or two garages per apartment.
