The cheapest house in Spain: It's in Galicia, costs 1,000 euros and is partially destroyed.

In Galicia and across Spain, the most affordable property costs just 1,000 euros, even though it is virtually destroyed.

This is a small house for sale in the village of Nogueiro, a hamlet of about 160 inhabitants in the parish of Mundil, in the municipality of Cartellier in the province of Ourense.

The ad states that this is a house in the town of Ourense, at 17 Cartellier Street, in the neighborhood of San Francisco, but there was probably an error in the posting of the data on the Idealista website. In fact, this house is located at Nogueiro, 17, in the municipality of Cartellier, a few kilometers from the regional center.

According to the ad, it is a small house of 33 square meters, of which 30 meters are habitable, and, as you can see in the photo, it is located in''from civilization, but none of them have such a low price.

A few weeks ago we told in the same source about a house in the remote village of Ortigueira that was for sale for 5000 euros and has already found a buyer, and on real estate websites there are dozens of similar properties in the forgotten villages of Galicia at prices from 5000 to 20000 euros, plus the cost of repairs.
