According to data from the Republican Geodetic Institute, the most houses were sold in Vojvodina in the first half of this year, namely in Subotica, but the total sales of such real estate in the country fell by 15 percent.

The prices of sold houses in serbia/">Serbia have a wide range and vary from a minimum of 500 euros sold in different Serbian cities to 4,802,000 euros in the Savski Venac area. Subotica ranks first in the number of houses sold, with 564 houses sold in the first half of the year. The cheapest cost €2,000 and the most expensive cost €192,500. Just behind Subotica is Zrenjanin, where 425 houses were sold, the cheapest of which cost 3,000 euros and the most expensive one 120,000 euros. In third place in terms of the number of houses sold is Novi Sad with 377 houses, for the lowest price a buy/house/">house/">house was sold for 9,000 euros and the most expensive was 463,500 euros. Sombor, Bečej, Sremska Mitrovica, Kikinda, Stara Pazova and Bačka Topola also stand out in terms of the number of houses sold. These neighborhoods had sales ranging from 234 to nearly 180 homes. Prices range from 1,000 to 240,000 euros, such as the most expensive apartment sold in Nova Pazova.

In the first half of 2023, the largest number of homes sold were between 70 and 120 square meters, with a 31 percent share of total sales.

Most often sold plots with an area of more than 12 acres, that is, 36 percent - says the study of the Republican Geodetic Institute. In the first half of 2023, 21,021 apartments, 12,916 plots of land, 10,226 houses and 12,459 agricultural plots were sold in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The total amount of money on the real estate market in the Republic of Serbia in the first half of 2023 amounted to 3.3 billion euros, which is 7.4 percent less than in the same period in the previous year.

The largest share of cash was realized in the real estate market in Belgrade, amounting to 1,693 million euros (51 percent), followed by Vojvodina with 884 million euros (27 percent), Sumadija and western Serbia with 516 million euros (16 percent) and southern and eastern Serbia with 209 million euros (6 percent). A total of 257.6 million euros (8 percent of the total value) was spent on houses in Serbia - according to a study by the Republican Geodetic Institute.

Last year, the highest number of houses were sold in Subotica, where as many as 1,202 houses were sold, while the most expensive house was sold in Novi Sad for an incredible 1,054,990 euros. The cheapest house sold in Subotica cost €1,000 and the most expensive was €245,000. The cheapest houses with a plot in Vojvodina are in Banat, in villages that lead to the border with Romania, and their price does not exceed 10,000 euros. Cheap houses are also available in surrounding villages such as Jaša Tomića, Kikinda, Nakovo, Mokrin and Banatski Veliko Selo. We're talking about houses with gardens, while larger plots of land require a lot more money.
