The largest smart city in Europe is emerging in Greece.

Along the coast of Athens, a huge complex of houses, hotels, marinas, and much more is beginning to take shape. Greece, for the first time in its history, is starting the construction of the Marina Tower skyscraper. The development project of Ellinikon, which includes the area of the former airport, is finally gaining momentum. The under-construction Marina Tower skyscraper will be the first of its kind in Greece. The frameworks of residential buildings are taking shape. Standing at the marina and seeing the beautiful view of the Saronic Gulf on one side and the skyscraper on the other, one can imagine the future city, which will differ from Athens with its open spaces, sustainable energy sources, and numerous green areas.
