The highest percentage of properties in Spain that found buyers in less than a week was in the city of Granada, where 34% of sellers found buyers within seven days. This is followed by Pontevedra (31%), Salamanca (30%), Tarragona (29%), Santa Cruz de Tenerife (28%), Lleida (27%), Albacete (27%), and Barcelona (28%).
