The Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust ("Allied") (TSX: "AP.UN") has announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of a 90% stake in the building located at 400 West Georgia in Vancouver and the increase of its stake in the building at 19 Duncan Street in Toronto from 50% to 95%.
