Scottish dad tired of housing crisis buys six-bedroom house in Bulgaria on eBay for £3,000'.

35-year-old Rob Davies, from the West Coast of Scotland, spent £3,000 on a six-bedroom house in Bulgaria, tired of the UK housing crisis.
Rob bought the neglected estate after spotting it on eBay. And he revealed his decision to make such a bid as he couldn't get on the property ladder in his local area.
Rob's story is told in the latest season of Channel 4 TV show 'Help! I Bought a Village," which returns to air on Monday at 5 p.m.
He revealed that his decision to buy the property in Golyamo Kruszewo, which is 20 miles north of the Turkish border, was "completely accidental", reports the Mirror.
"I was just randomly searching on eBay, just typing in real estate queries to see what was available. And that's how it came about.

Rob's new home, which is detached and occupies half an acre of land, was built more than 100 years ago but has stood empty and derelict since the 1980s.
