The price per square meter in October remained relatively stable, with a slight decrease in some cities and regions of Serbia.

The highest price per square meter in October was recorded in the Vračar district of Belgrade, amounting to 3,337 euros, followed by the center of Belgrade with a price of 3,363 euros, and then Novi Belgrade with an average price of 2,741 euros. In Palilula, there was a decrease in the price per square meter by 3.93 percent, resulting in a cost of 2,300 euros in October. According to information from the website Nekretnine.rs, the price per square meter of real estate in Mirijevo was less than 2,000 euros, specifically 1,870 euros.

In the centers of other cities in Serbia, the price per square meter is usually higher. In the center of Novi Sad, the cost in October was 2,652 euros, with the highest price recorded in the Grbavica area at 2,564 euros, and in Novi Naselje at 2,119 euros. A slight decrease of about 0.44 percent was noted in Podbara.

In Niš, the price per square meter is significantly lower than in Belgrade and Novi Sad.

The most expensive square meter on Nemanja Street was sold for 1,650 euros. It is followed by Durlan at a price of 1,500 euros, Pantelej at 1,496 euros, and Palilula in Niš, which recorded a price of 1,496 euros. The last two districts of the city noted a slight decrease in prices in percentage terms compared to last month (-0.27 percent). In Kragujevac, the cost per square meter in October was 1,400 euros, while in Pančevo it was 1,366 euros, which is 2.43 percent lower than the previous data from the Nekretnine.rs website.
