Steven Stallone sells LA villa to rock star John Fogerty at a $1.6m loss - realestate.com.au
Silvester Stallone has sold his California residence to Creedence Clearwater Revival co-founder John Fogerty. The property, located in a gated community in the Hidden Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, cost Fogerty $17.2 million, $1 million less than what Stallone paid for it two years ago.
The price for the home was set at $22.5 million, but Fogerty was able to lower the price of the deal. It's worth noting that Stallone has made almost no changes to the residence during his ownership.
