1 Heating allowance
will be granted to individuals who use heating fuel, illuminating petroleum fuel (blue kerosene), natural gas, gas fuel, firewood, biomass (pellets) or heat energy through heating for their heating and meet the stipulated income and property criteria. 3 The basis for calculating the heating allowance
