In the first half of 2023, the 10 largest real estate companies in Egypt reached a total revenue of 168 billion. Egyptian pounds, an increase of 88% compared to the same period last year, according to a report by Z-Board Consulting.

The Talaat Moustafa group

ranked first in the list of real estate companies in terms of sales in the first six months of the year, with total sales of 51 billion. Egyptian pounds and up 351%.

Ora Developers

ranked second with sales of 25 billion. Egyptian pounds and a growth of 213%.

Palm Hills Developments

follows Ora Developers with sales of 17 billion. Egyptian pounds and up 59%.

Founders

ranks fourth with sales of 13.4 billion. Egyptian pounds and up 117%.

City Edge Real Estate Development Company

follows Founders with sales of 13.3 billion. Egyptian pounds and up 33%.

ranked sixth with sales of 12 billion. Egyptian pounds and 200% growth.
